Lanzo is the founder of Alpivium, combining first hand experience of Swiss boarding schools as both a student and a member of staff.

Holding British and French nationalities, he has lived and studied across multiple countries, developing a strong international outlook and the ability to connect with families from diverse backgrounds. He speaks French, English, and Arabic, with additional exposure to Spanish and Russian.

​

After studying in Swiss boarding schools, he completed a Bachelor’s degree in Business Management and Arabic at the University of Manchester, including a year abroad in Jordan, followed by a Master’s degree in Sports Management at the Autonomous University of Barcelona.

​

His connection to boarding education extends beyond his own time as a student. He has subsequently worked within Swiss boarding schools across teaching, extracurricular programmes, summer and winter camps, and as a houseparent. This combination of having lived boarding school life as a student and later seeing it from the staff side gives him a particularly well rounded understanding of the experience.

Lanzo is also a certified ICEF Trained Agent Counsellor (#2389), reflecting a strong understanding of international education standards and ethical practices.

Through Alpivium, his aim is to use both sides of this experience, having been a student and having worked within boarding schools, to provide families with informed, honest and experience based guidance, helping each student find the environment where they can truly thrive.
